i like going to skool because all my friends are there but it is so hard keeping up with the fashion....... u kno the clothes.

If i wear something that is not my style people talk. So what kind of clothes should i buy. what kind of clothes look the best for me.... what should i bye for the way i look. I have really tan skin, black hair, brown eyes and i'm about 5 feet 5". so what should i get.

I'm a teenager to, and I love clothes a lot. My opinion is, if you like it, wear it. Don't pay attention to what other people say about what you wear; if they don't like your style then it's their loss. Just be who you are, and don't let others make you feel bad either.

School is about the latest fashion and your friends (you can hang with them over the weekends) its about learning and your grades. Wear what YOU like to wear not what others like, if people talk about you behind your back because of your clothing they are shallow.

well t-shirt and jeans is always in style but i'll be more specific.

for jeans they should be a clean dark wash 5 pocket style. none of the rips or washed out look that was in style before. they should either be skinny jeans or wide-leg trouser style. waist lines are moving up. still low rise but more like 1.5-2" below belly button now.

t-shirts this year deep royal colours are in style. deep blues, purples, reds, and greens, also clean cut. no rips or frayed edges. the shirts should be long but not as long as last year.

for real style get a trench coat. so in this year.

note i know this isn't all in ae and hollister yet but this is what is in, there just behind.

I know you said not to say a t-shirt and jeans ... but my favorite basics EVER are from American Apparel. Their website is americanapparel.net and then they have an online store.

I am obsessed with basic clothes haha just solid colored v-neck tees, tanktops (I have at least 15 white tanktops, I'm obsessed with them!), cardigans, etc. I think that basics are something that are always in style, so you won't have to worry about people talking or keeping up with the fashion.

I'm also obsessed with shorts ... I live in California so it's practical to have many pairs. If you live in a colder state it might not be, but oh well!

Accessories are a big deal. I have a bunch of fun necklaces I wear, some long pendants on chains, and some short necklaces too. IT's a simple way to make a simple outfit more interesting. Also, HEADBANDS help! American Apparel has a bunch of cheap ones, and you can find more expensive ones at places like J.Crew.

I'm a big fan of dressing simply, not trendy.

You know if u just wear what u like and if people talk act like u don't care people will follow u! Like u can make up your own style and if u wear it all the time and people just stare just walk around confident! Like im 13 also and it was hard to keep up with the fashion trends so one day i wore denim shorts with see through tights under them! TIGHTS!! and people would stare but after i did it for about a week every single girl was wearing denim shorts and see through tights! And from that u will become to popular and make out and date the hottest guys in skool!

First off, going to school to get an education is the most important thing, once you get to college and a job, nobody is going to care what you wore in middle/high school, and you want good grades. Secondly, the people who talk aren't your friends so you should just ignore them. At 13, I'm sure anything from the designer stores are in, such as Hollister, American Eagle, A%26amp;F or Abercrombie kids. Most of these places have cheaper stuff on their websites, and clearance is always nice too. I also like Delias, but you can find stylish clothes anywhere really, even Kohls or JC Penny if you know where to look.

try to start by shopping at wet seal or forever 21..... next read those fashion magazines like seventeen, elle, and CosmoGirl

also try alloy and delias...(store magazines) But i think they have actual stores. try wearing brown and teals, pinks too!! ask a friend for her opinion on whats good for you

Never let what other people tell you bother you. Wear the clothes you want to wear and feel comfortable wearing, not what your peers want you to wear. If your friends won't accept how you like to dress, they are not your true friends.

Also, school is a place to learn, not to show off your fashion. If you study hard now, you'll thank yourself in the future: you'll be able to get a higher paying job as an adult. But it's your choice.

well I really like most of the clothes from like WetSeal and Forever 21

also Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch are really fashionable right now. but also really expensive.

you shuld deffinetly accesorize!! it makes an outfit that much better! also, snazzy eyeshadow glams it up. put the two together and you can pretty much look amazing in anything

Buy some really good jeans, like skinny jeans, a cute pair of flat shoes and a really nice t-shirt. You can still look stylish!

Anyway, its school, concentrate on lessons and stuff. If people talk, tell them to grow up.
