Perfect Prom dress (color, style,cut). make up, hairstyle, shoes for me?

I am 5 feet high. with brown skin that's not glowing. you know not like j.lo but still brown. i have black hair. dark brown eyes that's almost black. i have a prominent forhead. i have a small "chest". i have an uneven skintone in my arms. any help? pics will be appreciated!

I think you should wear red! Maybe more of a cranberry red, that would really warm up your skin tone.

Wear neutral (blacks and browns) for your eyemakeup, and try out some red lipstick (again, not fire-engine red!) I bet you could pull that off since you have darker skin, you won't look like a vampire.

Try some st. ives apricot scrub on your arms to exfoliate and even out your skin tone. If that doesn't help, try some light self tanner to even out the color.

If you are thin all over, maybe you could try a satin dress? It would be shiny and emphasize your curves. If you are average all over and just have a smaller chest, I think a ballgown style dress would work well because they give you more of an hourglass shape and often make the chest more prominent.

try a long dark blue dress with lowish clevage. straighten your hair and use skin toned make up. dont worry that you have a small chest, get a plunge bra and show off what you have got.strppy shoe with a thin heel are always the best shoes to wear. have you tried tanning wipes to even out the tone of skin on your arms, it wont be permanent but it will help for your special night.

try smokey eyes or layered eyeshadow (u no purple then pink). Wear a v-neck that shows cleavage if u no wat i mean if you dont feel comftable with that wear a strapless OR if you dont like that wear like a halter with a really nice design on it with stelletos. Yellow would suit you because of your skin colour moisurise before so your skin in GLOWING! lol ooo and straighten your hair
