okay so the first one... no matter who who are will look extremely cute. But the key to it is when you get it cut have the person who cut it show you how to style it so it will be like that.

my hair is just like that... the top layers are a dark brown and the bottom longer part are blond....

instead of using eyeliner... get a dark shade of eyeshadow... wet the tip of the applicator and apply it like you would eyeliner... it gives your eyes definition; it does not smudge; and its easier to take off at the end of the day!

for makeup where healthy cover up and some mascara

idk what ur style is for clothes but garnier hair shampoo/conditioner works good and if you want #2 use straightening shampoo and curling conditioner

the third one might be good but i dont think the other two would work with ur hair type. this might be a little too preppy but how about this for a sleeker look

as for make up, do a very light, almost skin tone eye shadow all over the eye, then a light brown on the lid and dark brown in the crease. do brown liquid eye liner on the top and clean it up with a q-tip, brown pencil eye liner on the bottom. do brown/black or black mascara. i cant say much about clothes cuz i dont no much about ur style and ur body type. for hair products use alterna hemp straightening balm to get ur hair to dry straighter so u dont hav as much to straighten. alterna also has a texturizing glaze that works well to get curl in ur hair. pantene pro-v has rly good shampoo, so buy something from them depending on wat u want. u might want to go a little darker w/ ur hair color or lighten it up with blonde high lights. one last thing, mary kay has rly good foundation, u might want to look into them. or if u hav dry skin get a tinted moisturizer by luxiva. if u hav oily skin use clean and clear's morning burst oil absorbing sheets. neutrogina oil free face wash works well too. hope i helped!
