How do you see the double standard living Culture in Arab countries?

In Arab countries females are kept behind "Abayas" (Black dress to cover female including head) and male used to enjoy drinking, watching semi nude dancing females live %26amp; on screen. Don't you feel it閳ユ獨 a punishment to female who are not allowed even to show their hair style and dresses. On top of that you can see the sexiest music albums on some Arabic music channels. Female are even less conservative in thoughts then male and they wear most modern dresses and used to spend lots of money on cosmetics but all waste when they cover themselves by Abaya.

Only in Saudi are they forced to cover. I live in Kuwait and the women here wear what they wish, come to middle east before you pass judgement.

I think it's a crock. Spent five years in Saudi Arabia and saw exactly what you are talking about.

well..theres nothin obligatory in Arabs world..so if a woman wears an Abaya thats not because some1 forced her to..she's the one who chose it..n if a woman chose to wear dresses n show her body, then no one asks her why shes on her own actually..

Actually only in Islamic countries are women forced to cover up. In the Arab countries, a woman can wear basically whatever she whats as long as it's modest.
