I have lower back length hair...?

Should I cut it? Its straight and black....If I don't cut it, can anyone tell me of any styles I could do? It reaches my lower back and I'm quite small.....about 5 ft....??

Join the club. I have really long hair as well. Although I'm not quite as short as you. I really wanted to cut it below my shoulders but seeing as i have thick, voluminous hair that wouldn't be such a good idea. I think you should stick with your long hair for a little longer. Enjoy it because in a couple of years you probably won't be under the circumstances to have it at that length. If you want something different you could try some long layers.

yeah, you should cut it

wow...okay

if ur small then u should cut it. its not healthy to have long hair because it takes up all ur good stuff to grow =]

get a change. i had long hair like u too. but my cousin forced me to cut it..so i got straight hair, bangs, the hair was a few inches below my shoulder..its really not bad and its easy to deal with..it doesnt tangle anymore...maybe u should try..

Get your hair trimmed and from there look for hairstyles that use your length of hair. Go to the professional hair care websites like Nexus, John Frieda and etc. They have sections for hairstyles.

Also, check out Youtube.com many people talk about hair in their videos and have "how to-s" on creating hair styles. My fav is FordModels. Each week or so they put out different videos about fashion and hair dos that you can watch.

if it were me, i would cut it. shorter hair is much easier to manage. I think that te best length is at your shoulders or just past. there are really only 4 hairstyles with your length though. Pretty much either leave it down, braid it, put it in a ponytail, or pigtales. If you do decide to cut your hair though, I would donate it to locks of love. i did it at a fantastics sams and they cut my hair for free.

I would cut off the damaged ends (if you have any) and get layering done. Nothing dramatic, but just some face framing layers starting at about your chin. Those will frame your face and then the rest of the layers through will take the bulk out of your hair so that your length is not overwhelming, and also give it some lift and swing!
