What do you think of this 'emo' definition?

I guess it could be considered funny but my taste in satire is a bit more evolved.

I feel sorry for the emo kids

There has always been a group of kids in school that others feel like it is OK to pick on. Children are cruel. And they grow up to be cruel adults.

Why do people care so much about other people and how they dress and such? They need to take care of their own problems and quit worrying about others and being such busy-bodies.

When I was in school way back when it was the geeks who got picked on, now they are kings of the world. When my brother's were in school it was the band kids who got it. Now it is the emo kids....it is obviously a cycle of abuse and things like this urban dictionary play in to it.

Maybe we should just worry about ourselves and leave the people who are different from us alone? That would be the mature thing to do.

i think its a branch off of goth, which is a branch off of punk, emo music is like light punk music with instead of a rebelling message, its a message of moaning and defeat.

You have just described some parts of fashioncore, not emo. If you know what that is, which I doubt since I don't think that you would have posted that question if that was a fact. But now I know you do. Heh! Then this is for the others who don't know what it is. There ya go. A little bit of information. Emo=Emotional Hardcore. Yeah.
