Cosplay? Need Ideas.?

Ok I am going to a pop culture convention and would like to dress up anime style but dont know many anime characters.

I have naturally black hair but the lower half of my hair has been died a wild fire engine red. I dont know if there are any characters with this hair but it would be good if there was.

I also have access to bright blue or pink wigs. These are in a short bob style.

Also I have acess to wings?

P.s I am a girl...

Please give me some ideas on easy to put together costumes. The more far out and wild the better.

A fairly popular character with short bob style pale blue hair is Rei Ayanami from the Neon Genesis Evangelion series.

for the clothes you can go with the pictures or just wear something azianstyle. t's not very out there but it's the only one I can think of with your hair...
