Back to school outfit????

Can u plz make me a back to school outfit????? I shop any wear, and have a surfer girl style. Also, how shoeld I do my hair, I usually do it in a "toned down" mild punk style. Plz help me, I have changed alot over summer so I wanna look cute when school comes. I have pale, but slightly tan skin, very brown(almost black) eyecolor, and Light brown hair. Also, I am Five foot four, and very lean(I surf, Hunt, and do gymnastics!!) Plz help, I would really appreciate it. Also I have a fairly large chest for my frame( Im a 34 C) so nothin too lowcut. And, My school only allows shorts that are just above the knee or longer. Thank u sooo much. I really need some help!!!!
