A Bellatrix Lestrange costume?

I decided to be Bellatrix Lestrange for Halloween, but I have a few question...

What necklace does she wear in the movie?

Does she wear any rings or any other jewelery?

What does her dress look like? (especially the bottom half of it)

How should I style my black wig for her hair?

any other comments or suggestion would be appriciated!

This is a picture including the bottom half of her dress.

The dress is black and is sleeveless. There are criss-crossed strings that hold detached sleeves to the dress. The middle part of her dress is made out of leather, and has a stiched pattern on it. The leather is fairly shiny and looks like a corset. The dress is fitted very tightly on top and loose and swaying at the bottom. On certain parts of the dress: the chest, and sleeves, there is a grey swirly pattern. The same criss crossed pattern on her shoulders also runs up her arms.

For your wig, you could style it two ways: in the book, she is described as having thick, shiny, long, black hair that is straight. In the movie, she has black frizzy hair (can be acheived by sleeping with small braids in the night before) with parts of grey and very messy. Her hair is parted deeply on the left and is mostly piled on the right side of her head. She wears a couple of strands in front of her eye.

Other small things:- bellatrix has very long nails, but doesn't paint them. (they actually look like dirty-ish)

- she does Not wear dark lipstick or much make up

- bellatrix always carrys a wand

Overall, just have fun with it and be creative with your costume as well. While dressed as her, it would also be more convincing to get into her character. Occasionally referering to people as Mudbloods and Muggles may help.
