Okay yall. You can be brutally honest. Believe me I dont get upset easily

I always wear cut off shorts, multi colored wife beater tank tops, or i wear jeans rolled up into capris, I crusafix necklace, bangle bracelets, flip flops or nikis, I have almost black hair almost to the middle of my back, I am very tan with big dark brown eyes so i do the smokey eye look, I wear big hoop earings. I am 5 ft 4 weighing 120 pounds

you sound cute enough. you should mix it up a little more though, it sounds as though you wear a variation of 2 different outfits every day. get some cute skirts, not just little jean ones but like billowy cotton summer ones. you can wear them with flops and wife beaters. and dont overcuff your jeans, a thick cuff isnt cute. they either are capris or they arent. why dont you try some capri leggings and a short summery dress/ long shirt? what kind of bangles? like gold? you should get some brightly colored ones, and same for the hoop earrings. you can mix black or white plastic with gold. i mean you can do whatever if it looks good. just make sure the eye is actually smoky and not like thickly lined in black. mix it up with the eyemakeup a little. experiment with a little color or more natural shades with a nice white to hilight under your eyebrows and a little in the middle of the lid. have you had long hair forever? you could do a cute like shoulder legnth funkier cut. if you're in the nj area go to naked beauty salon in piscataway, they are amazing. i feel like you live somewhere warmer though, based on your wardrobe.

you sound like you are very pretty...I would tell you to play around with your style a little more....don't just settle with the shorts and the wife beaters....

It is very summery and with that...yall you wrote I'm guessing you are somewhere in texas or really close by! so it's hot over there....I can understand why you wear that....

if i saw you, i would perceive your style as someone who dresses way too casual. the smoky eye look should only be used for special occasions. you have to kind of mix up your style a little bit. multi colored wife beaters doesnt add variety to your everyday look. try wearing flowy peasant blouses or just cute tops/bottoms in general to differentiate your look.

layed back, but it sounds like you do care somewhat what other people thing since you ware jewlery.. although you might want to take off a crusafix necklace and shorten your hair a little bit, maybe an inch longer than shoulders. Oh, dont ware your jeans when your going to roll them up into capris. Shorten your earings some times, but the tan is a really good feature. um, maybe try hollister co. sometimes n get a nice knit. That would look nice with short skirt or shorts. especially if you have thin legs, if you dont, maybe try leggings from Abercrombie?
