Personal makeup tips?

I want 2 know if u could give ideas about makeup 4 me

I have a a roundish, sort of long face

blue eyes-eyeshadow ideas, eyeliner colors maybe

dark pink rose lips( i think)-lipgloss color

semi high cheekbones-make them stand out a tiny bit more

really blonde eyebrows-make them noticeable, but not so fake

really fair skin-(hates liqid foundation) good founation maybe

and short black hair

ya, i know its a lot 2 ask

by the way, im in 2 the more punkish styles but still trendy

Always apply foundation after seeing your reflection in the mirror in a natural light. The shade of the foundation should always match with the original skin tone....

Girl, i think your best way to go is get bare minerals. I swear by it. I'm 24 and have tried EVERYTHING they've ever come out with.. You can not go wrong with this make up. it just makes you look flawless. I myself have liquid foundation as well...clogs pores n such. Now yes, it is a little pricey but actually I believe Loreal is making something like it now. Im sure its damn near the same thing. I havent tried it yet, but I will soon... just to see if i can save a few bucks. O' natural is the way to go, but if thats not what you're looking for I'd try this for sure. hope this helped :)

Right starting with foundation first.....liquid foundations are so much easier to apply...you can buy foundations that turn to a more matte, powdery foundation once applied and it dries. To test colour ALWAYs test by putting a dab on your jawline. The more unnoticeable the better the colour for you.

Eyes....as you have dark hair you can get away with darker eye make up and for punkish look dark is perfect. Plus it will make your eyes look very blue ;)

To apply eyeshadow try these colours....brush a white in the inner eyelid and blend to the middle then with a black blend into white to outer edge....to give a smokey look.

Once you have applied eyeshadow take a black liquid eyeliner and draw a line on your upper eyelid above your eyelashes....then apply lots of mascara to give fuller look. All that black sounds a lot but once applied looks gorgeous.

For cheekbones apply a pink blush to your cheeks and then with a highlighter powder brush on the tops of your cheekbones this will accentuate your cheekbones.

Eyebrows use a light brown eyeshadow and gently brush over to make the darker. Not applying to much or they will look fake.

For lips a natural lip gloss over your pink, rose lips will make them look fuller. No real need to add colour if they are a lovely pink anyway.

well as a cosmetologist and with blue eyes you want them to shine but nothing that contradicts your eye color i would have to say a brown bronze but not to to dark with a dark chocolate eyeliner with the lips when your wearing a glamorous shadow don't up play your lips just pick one thing up play on your face so with fair skin id say a peachy cream gloss that is close to your natural hue of your lips that's when your down playing your lips when you want the whole focus on your lips try a medium rose red and apply it lightly with light skin its best to us a mouse blush because it goes on lighter so try a natural pink blushed look for your check ok and about the eye brow if your hair is black dye those eyebrows it will help pull everything together and don't use liquid foundation use the mouse foundation its light a fluffy and fills great on.
