Color + cut? Photos.?

I'm going to get my hair cut and colored after Boxing Day. Any suggestions? I have a yellow-undertoned tannish skin color and my natural hair color is black and is currently elbow length (very long). I have dark brown eyes. My hairdresser told me I have oval face but I have a small forehead so I can't do front bangs. I want a himegyaru style or a visual kei style. I'm not sure if you're looking for cosplay or a lolita style or what. All I can say is, go all out!

If you're thinking about doing something and you don't do it, it'll always be floating around somewhere in you head. so just go for it!

From your pictures, I can tell that you're hair is not straight to begin with so I wouldn't bother cutting it the same way as one of your styles that you like because you'd have to flat iron it everyday for the same results because those people have pin straight hair and probably flat iron it too. I'd just get caramel colored highlights in your hair to flatter your skin tone and get a few layers to soften it up since its really nice to begin with because of the way it flows.
